Taxes, Financial Charges Not Included. All fees charged by G.DAFNIS & S.DAFNIS GENERAL PARTERSHIP ( are exclusive of any taxes (such as VAT), duties or other governmental levies or any financial charges. You agree to pay and be responsible for any such taxes, duties, levies or charges for the use of the Transaction Services in addition to our service fees. In the event G.DAFNIS & S.DAFNIS GENERAL PARTERSHIP is required by any applicable law to collect or withhold any taxes or duties, you agree to pay such taxes or duties to Olive Fabrica. You will also be liable for any financial charges for remission of funds to you, and Olive Fabrica shall have the right to pay such charges from such funds. Olive Fabrica and shall have the right to deduct any financial charges incurred as a result of providing the Transaction Services and the party receiving the funds will bear the costs of such bank charges.
